Operating cabin crew who aims to fly on ERJ/E-JET narrow body aircraft.

Objectifs

The objectives of this course is to familiarize trainees with the specificities of ERJ/E-JET aircrafts and to undertake the responsibilities related to the safety of passengers and the aircraft during normal operations and abnormal or emergency procedures.

Prérequis

Cabin crew already operating.

French /English

Localisation

Morlaix or customer facilities on request.

Theoretical course:

o Normal, abnormal procedures

o Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) including evacuation and crowd control techniques

o Crew Resources Management

o Medical aspects and first aid

o Dangerous goods

Practical exercises:

o Evacuation

o Emergency exit

o Firefighting and smoke

o Location and handling of safety equipment

Aircraft visit:

o Presentation of fix and mobile safety equipment

Duration : 4 days or 5 days with CRM
